I grew up in Connecticut just outside of New York City. I moved to Colorado 24 years ago to live in and invest in property in this beautiful state. I am a highly dedicated professional with over 25 years of healthcare management, consulting and sales experience. I have managed a real estate portfolio of residential, rental, self-directed IRA and vacation properties for over 15 years.

Leveraging my experience from healthcare into real estate has been a natural fit as both involve helping people solve problems and live better lives. I truly love assisting people with one of the most important decisions of their lives—finding the perfect home. I have been a registered nurse for 30 years, having graduated from the Royal Melbourne Hospital School of Nursing in 1982, then moved from Australia to Denver, Colorado during the nursing shortage where I worked for five years as a Trauma Nurse at Denver General Hospital (now Denver Health).

My sales experience includes selling Healthcare IT software to Hospitals throughout the USA and Canada, then creating my own Healthcare IT Recruiting and Consulting business.

I LOVE real estate! It's now my full time career and passion for the past decade, as both an Investor and now as a broker-owner.   Real Estate is my investment vehicle of choice for building wealth and retirement planning.

Real Estate is so rewarding to me, whether I'm helping first time home buyers to purchase their first place, helping aging parents down-size to a simpler life and floor plan, or improving a client's quality of life and family time with a mountain home purchase or upgrading to a larger primary residence!
